Virginie Facchina
Bio
Virginie Facchina assists mainly companies and investment funds in M&A and capital investment transactions. Admitted in Paris Bar in 1998, and in Rennes Bar since 2019, she has collaborated with French law firms reputed for their practices in M&A and private equity matters (Ginestié Palley Vincent, Hoche Société d’Avocats). She also worked as in-house lawyer in the legal department of Hermès International. Virginie has been involved in many operations of LBO, acquisition and fund raising for varied clients (distribution, discount, health, movies production). Virginie also assists companies in all aspects of corporate law, restructuration operations, and also in business law. She joined Lext Rennes as senior associate in 2019.
