In 2006, Hélène Magineau started her legal career as an associate within the law firm Orrick Rambaud Martel’s corporate department, in Paris. She then mostly intervened in various M&A transactions (change of control, contribution transactions, drafting of disposal agreements/transfer agreements, of warranties, of shareholders’ agreements and any other related agreement, management package) for companies of varied sizes, including for listed companies. In 2008, she is seconded to the New-York offices of Orrick for six months.

From 2010 to 2015, she joined the law firm Fiducial Sofiral in Rennes where she was in charge of providing assistance in corporate law and commercial law (sale of goodwill, drafting of commercial and professional leases) for around 200 small companies, merchants, artisans, licensed professional clients.

After having spent two years in the M&A’s department of the law firm Cornet Vincent Ségurel in Rennes, Hélène joined LEXT as a partner in Rennes. She also intervened for the secondary offices of LEXT based in Vannes.

Hélène’s legal services are focused on corporate and commercial matters, specifically for M&A and capital investment transactions. Her diverse experiences allow her to assist varied types of clients, mainly composed of regional family-owned companies.

Her English proficiency allows her to assist her clients in international matters.
