Attorney-at-law Partner in charge with the IP/IT team in the Paris office, Anne Bourdu’s practice focuses on complex litigation and advice combining Intellectual Property/Numeric and Economic law issues, notably in connection with innovative fields, for French and International clients (including cross-border issues/International coordination).
Also active as a Certified Mediator of the Arbitration and Mediation French Center (CMAP) and referenced Attorney Mediator of the Paris Bar as well, Anne has developed a specific experience in IP-IT/know-how/compliance/unfair competition transactions in a broad range of areas, such as food industry, pharmaceutical, life sciences and medical devices industry, innovative constructions, energy, media, sport and entertainment, design, luxury, digital.
Anne is a member of the Association des Praticiens des Marques et des Modèles (APRAM) and of the International trademark Association (INTA) as well as executive member of the SYNNOV, Innovative Union.
