In 1995, Anne-Carole Tanguy started her career as an associate within the French-English firm Johns & Associates where she gained an overall experience of business law, both in counseling and litigation matters.

In 1999, she joined Robert BIJLOOS, a French-Dutch partner who was in charge of the International Department within the Paris-based LEFEVRE PELLETIER law firm, and she specialized in the field of counseling, with a focus on corporate law, company restructuring and M&A, for both French and international clients.

Her partnership within the law firm LMBE as from 2009 allowed her to adapt her practice to the specific needs of international groups’ subsidiaries and to specialize in the assistance of SMBs and small and middle-sized industries, with or without a legal department, in order to provide them with tailor-made solutions.

She therefore advises both French and international clients in various commerce, industry and service fields, favoring a global and pragmatic approach to legal issues.

In January 2017, she has decided to join the firm LEXT considering that the partners within LEXT share the same quality standards and have a realistic approach of the business environment.
